Edward Taylor. Diaries, 1846-1896.

Early diaries describe travels to various churches and his ordination, with much about a beating death in Auburn prison and the hanging of Wyeth, the Mexican War, and political affairs. Later hardbound diaries describe his illnesses and his work in Binghamton, Greene, and Cortland. There are many articles pasted in the diaries about his sermons, ministerial friends, and obituaries.
